I really like this mattress. It feels very different from our earlier coil mattress. It feels firm and soft at the same time. It is a difficult feeling to describe. The mattress is firm, but not hard. It doesn't feel like you're lying on the floor! But it is soft too. I am surprised every time in get into bed how gentle it feels. The only downside is that it is very heavy. Lifting the corners to make the bed has made me search the internet for mattress lifters.
