There was absolutely nothing that Nancy didn't do. She was charming, helpful, informative and extremely pleasant.
I have never been in a store before where every sales associate was pleasant, courteous and appeared to really like their job. It was great because none of the sales associates followed us around trying to "push" a sale, enabling us to take a really good look at the array of furniture in the store. The selection was also great as there was furniture for every size home and many different styles. We will definitely be going back.

Delivery was prompt and professional. The 1.5 hour time frame to wait was a pleasant surprise (not usual 4 to 6 hour time frame).
