Our shopping experience was excellent. The quality and selection is fantastic - we searched for months all over the GTA before driving to Stoney Creek - and found what we wanted immediately. Sales people were great, without being overly pushy. We were also very pleased that you deliver all the way out to Woodbridge. Even your delivery staff was courteous, friendly and quick. We won't even waste time at the major chains anymore.

I have never been in a store before where every sales associate was pleasant, courteous and appeared to really like their job. It was great because none of the sales associates followed us around trying to "push" a sale, enabling us to take a really good look at the array of furniture in the store. The selection was also great as there was furniture for every size home and many different styles. We will definitely be going back.

Delivery was prompt and professional. The 1.5 hour time frame to wait was a pleasant surprise (not usual 4 to 6 hour time frame).
Sales person was excellent. She listened to me when asking for specifics on furniture I was looking for, spent time with me and my purchase was made on the same day. She was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor.
